After thinking about the possible actors/actresses we could cast in our thriller opening sequence, we came to the conclusion to use Will Durham and Harriet Millsopp. We arrived at these decisions because we believed that both Harriet and Will would fulfill the roles of the characters we created. Will fits the role of a late teen/early adult male, who is sporty and a bit temperamental! Harriet also suites the role of Hope as she is also fun and charismatic. She fits the role of female characters in thriller films because she plays the role of a naive but glamerous female. Both Will and Harriet have expertise in acting. Both are currently taking AS level drama and are doing well in the subject. This has encouraged us to choose them to appear in our thriller opener as they would there expertise in acting will help make our thriller opening look professional.
